As we grow up, we started to drift apart slowly because it was the time to find our own goals in life and so to say that was what that kept us busy. But we don’t want to lose track of our lives just because we are getting older right? We would still want updates from the ones we love, that’s what keep us from aging. Okay, now it sounds like we’re so old, nope we’re not that old! Remember ‘ Age is just a number! As long as we remain young at heart! ‘

The funny thing about us is our conversation becomes more sophisticated as we get older. Last time, we’re loud and proud trying to judge what we should and shouldn’t do or just keep saying how miserable our lives were but now we start to listen and communicate more in-depth, sharing secrets and thoughts, giving and receiving good advice, be silent when we want an ear to just listen or make a joke when anyone of us are unhappy. There might be times when life is such a mess because there’s just too much going on but we will try to make ourselves happy by laughing it away because we know things will be better as time pass by. Sometimes we’ll cry and let it all too but this is what best friend’s do. We will be there for each other because we love our friendship. This is us ‘JPAK’. And for moi this post goes to two other best friend’s of mine …’CAJILL’ and ‘RODOLPHE&RODRIGUEZ’. This is ‘CAJILL’ and the one below is ‘RODOLPHE&RODRIGUEZ’. Lots of love. Hugs&kisses

Inspiring message for my best friends and also to all the women out there. Reffering to a theme used by Marienne Williamson in her book A Woman’s Worth, Oprah Winfrey (one of the world’s most loved and respected women) said the following in a commencent address to the gratuates of all-female Spelman College in 1993:

Be a queen. Dare to be different. Be a pioneer. Be a leader. Be the kind of woman who in the face of the adversity will continue to embrace life and walk fearlessly towards the challenge. Take it on! Be a truth seeker and rule your domain, whatever it is – your home, your office, your family – with a loving heart.

Be a queen. Be tender. Continue to give birth to new ideas and rejoice in your womanhood…My prayer is that we will stop wasting time being mundane and mediocre…We are daughters of God – here to teach the world how to love…

It doesnt matter what you’ve been through, where you come from, who your parents are – nor your social or economic status. None of that matters. What matters is how you choose to love, how you choose to express that love through your work, through your family, through what you have to give to the world…

Give your helping hands to Japan

We don’t get to choose how we’re going die or when, we can only decide how we’re going to live. A wise man once said ‘Live life to the Fullest’ ‘Live with no Regrets’

It was March 11th 2011, I’m working outside when I got the news, a magnitude-9.0 quake hit Japan with a deadly tsunami slamming into the nation’s east coast leaving a huge swath of devastation in it’s wake. Thousands of people are dead and many more are still missing or injured. Additional to that, a nuclear power station still burns and there are food shortages. The news is heartbreaking. All we can do now is pray for them and give them some love. It’s doesn’t have to be a big amount, it’s the heart that matters. Here’s where you could give your love to..

Hello Spring!

Guess what people, Spring is back! What’s there to say about Spring? It’s all about colors! What I’m saying is, it’s time to go BRIGHT people!! Everyone is thinking, what shall I wear now,‘D*mn I need to go get some new clothes!, I don’t want to be the not fashionable one. I wanna be IT!’.If you are a shopaholic then it’s time for you to go get your new spring items and for those whose tight with their wallet,it’s time to search your closet and see if you have any clothing that gives you the mood of Spring. Like moi, this season, I’m on a tight budget so shopping is a No-No for me, but as a fashion lover like me, what can I do next to keep up with Spring 2011? Find what’s best for me in my closet and make it work! Sometimes it’s not just about buying what’s new to be fashionable, it’s also about how good we are in styling the clothes that we’ve once bought! Here’s what I’ve found in my closet for Spring! =)
